Jimmy has been around aviation his entire life, being the son of a missionary pilot/mechanic. The aviation bug bit him at a very early age. Jimmy attended LeTourneau University where he earned both his A&P and Commercial Pilot licenses. Currently, Jimmy works as both a pilot and mechanic at the Cherokee County Airport. Jimmy enjoys precise flying, good airmanship, and breaking out of an overcast into the sunshine. Above those items though, Jimmy enjoys sharing his passion for aviation and is pleased to be able to do so as an instructor at Texan Aero.
